Occupancy Builders was established after the founders developed a tried and proven system for marketing a hospitality property in the 21st century, now called The Occupancy Builders’ Hotel Marketing System™. Once they realized that few innkeepers actually had access to this type of quality information and that many of those people were hurting to keep their businesses alive in a changing business environment, Occupancy Builders was born.

This company was founded for the sole purpose of being the highest quality resource for those in the hospitality industry who want to take an active role in their future success. Therefore, Occupancy Builders will always maintain three primary ideals for its business:

Integrity – All business dealings will be honest and straight forward. If we can not help you, we will tell you. We will not lie, oversell our abilities, provide falls or misleading information, sell services we know are ineffective, or in any way do anything to compromise our integrity with you.

A major motivating factor in the founding of this company was experiencing firsthand the outdated and ineffective marketing information that was being sold to innkeepers. Value – We believe that any hospitality marketer who wants to take an active role in their future success should have access to the highest quality information at an affordable price, regardless of the size of property they are marketing. The People Behind The Company

Jason Louis, Founder and President
Formerly the President of At Home Expressions, a print media company, Jason Louis’ primary area of focus is Internet marketing and strategy. He developed the Occupancy Builders Internet Marketing System™, a marketing system for the hospitality industry that has been proven to increase occupancy and revenue, even in challenging economic conditions.

Tracey Louis, Content Manager and Public Relations Specialist
Formerly Chief Marketing Officer of At Home Expressions and Business Manager of Rainbow Hearth Sanctuary and Retreat Center, Tracey’s primary focus is print media, public relations, and copy creation. This includes identifying new advertising venues, development of print advertisements, obtaining free media coverage such as newspapers and magazines, and the creation of articles and on-line content.

Tom Fox-Marnick, Lead Designer
Tom has worked as a graphic artist his entire life. He has worked for some of the largest names in the industry including Disney, Warner Brothers, and Nickelodeon. He is responsible for the creation of on-line graphics, business logos, and print illustrations.

Becky Perry, Lead Programmer
Becky is a highly accomplished computer programmer mastering several coding languages including HTML, CSS, Flash, PHP, and MYSQL. She is responsible for building the web sites, creating custom programming, and incorporating artistic and functional Internet components seamlessly.
